Makes simple square tessellation patterns. Use the 3x3 and 6x6 grids in combination with each other to produce some colourful patterns. I used an existing control capture class from another programmer. I just realised the slightly bigger size is due to a bmp being pasted in as a heading on a picture box (to prevent the heading being erased when clearing all labels). There are probably many ways to make this type of program. I experimented a bit and found the combination of the two 3x3 and 6x6 grids produced some nice effects. Once you get playing around with the program some nice patterns can be achieved. Hopefully you will make some nice patterns. Enjoy and keep safe.

At the moment this is only a prototype.I've got a few ideas to make the program have more features. Today, for New Year's eve, the temperature here in Victoria is expected to be 43 degrees Celsius, so it's cooling "down time". I wonder what it's like in other parts of the world?

Eddie, Been playing with some of your code in a couple of projects I've made for myself. As for the weather, its been great here in Victoria Texas. Have a great new year.

Have a great New Year as well Kenneth. I've been seeing on the news that Washington is getting a bit cold. I guess Texas is a fair distance away from Washington and Times Square . It's funny how we both live in Victoria, on other parts of the world, yet here in Victoria Australia its been very hot (today was 43 celsius), blustery, with lots of fires about. Thanks for your praise. I've also admired your uploads over the years. Take care and best wishes friend.

Hi Eddie, the patterens are pretty but the code is whacky. 1000 labels and 100 identical subs. Whats up with that?

My next version will be with 2D control arrays using picture boxes instead of labels. As I mentioned, this is only a prototype. I came across a website that does something similar and whipped this up in 1/2 an hour and was surprised by the patterns I could make.
